Preservation Design Works (PVN), established in 2011, is redefining the business of historic preservation. We are based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and have a national project geography. Our interdisciplinary staff includes historical consultants and researchers, historical architects, and expertise in city planning and economic development. The value of our services stems from our unique integration of research, preservation design, real estate development services, and a deep understanding of the regulatory and economic framework of historic preservation. We make historic preservation projects happen that no one else can.
