For 35 years, HomeFirst™, formerly EHC LifeBuilders, has been a leading provider of services, shelter, and housing opportunities to the homeless and those at risk of homelessness in Santa Clara County. We serve more than 5,600 adults, veterans, families, and youth each year at seven locations including the Boccardo Reception Center, which is the county's largest homeless services center. We operate the largest homeless outreach team in the City of San Jose and have the widest range of services for homeless veterans in the County. We also operate a shelter and housing programs for youth ages 18-24 in the foster care system, and manage family living centers in Santa Clara and San Martin.
