We specialize in the design, molding, and assembly of medical device components and medical device electronics with over 58 years experience in the medical industry.
Our standard product line incorporates molded electrodes and contacts, DIN and circular connectors, audio connectors, RF connectors, exposed pin plugs, touch proof safety plugs, touchproof safety jacks, yokes and adapters.
At Plastics One our focus is to design and build custom cable and connector assemblies with unique design requirements. Our products are designed with tight tolerances to fit even the smallest device whose parts are assembled under a microscope to those of standard and above standard sizes. Our expertise lies in, but is not limited to, such areas as patient diagnostic testing and monitoring, hearing enhancement, audio and communications as well as sleep and respiratory studies.
