years ago June 18, 1988 when the first library in Montgomery officially opened. A hardworking group of volunteers got together and opened a library in the then Western Hills Plaza... with volunteers still doing a large part of running the library. The library reached capacity. Thanks to a bond issue and, once again, Philip LeFevre donated land, we have a new... library. The location of the Charles B.
