All County and Associates, Inc. (ACA) was founded in 1992 as an outgrowth of a land development company, All County Investments, Inc. (ACI). The principle owners of ACI, as well as others outside of the organization, decided to combine their many years of practical experience into one company to better serve their existing clients as well as develop and attract new ones. Since the inception of the company, ACA has grown and has expanded its services to include Feasibility Studies, Land Planning, Cadastral Surveying, Construction Surveying, Construction Management, Global Positioning Systems, G.I.S./L.I.S., Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Sewage Treatment System testing and design, and Wetland Delineations and Mitigation Currently ACA serves some fifteen counties in eastern Pennsylvania.
