Axcel Photonics, Inc. is a manufacturer of high powered diode lasers. Our output wavelength ranges from 780nm-1070nm, single mode output power up to 500mW, and multi mode output power up to 30W. Our facility boasts its own state of the art MOCVD reactor, which allows us to custom make any wavelength from 780nm to 1070nm. We offer our diodes with a variety of packaging options, which include industry standard sub-mounts and fiber pigtailed modules. Our production focus is providing our customer with the highest quality, performance, and reliability on the market today.
